Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans le secteur de la distribution sportive, o\u00f9 j\u2019ai consacr\u00e9 mon \u00e9nergie et mon talent \u00e0 accompagner et d\u00e9velopper chaque collaborateur dans leur parcours professionnel. Cette exp\u00e9rience, bien que gratifiante, a fait \u00e9merger en moi une aspiration plus profonde et personnelle : aider les entreprises \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le potentiel de leur collaboratrices et collaborateurs.<\/span>

En tant que femme<\/span> et manageuse, j\u2019ai travers\u00e9 des situations difficiles qui renforcent en moi un sentiment de sororit\u00e9. Je vois autour de moi des personnes talentueuses et ambitieuses frein\u00e9es par le manque de confiance en elles, les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de genre ou encore le fameux syndrome de l\u2019imposteur. Passionn\u00e9e par le d\u00e9veloppement personnel, je suis convaincue que si cet outil \u00e9tait accessible \u00e0 toutes et tous, l\u2019humanit\u00e9 en serait profond\u00e9ment transform\u00e9e.<\/span>

C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019est n\u00e9e l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019EVOLV\u2019HER. <\/span>

Les premiers pas vers la r\u00e9alisation de ce r\u00eave n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 faciles. J\u2019ai d\u00fb moi-m\u00eame affronter le syndrome de l\u2019imposteur. Mais entour\u00e9e de mes proches, j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 le courage de me lancer. <\/span>

Une \u00e9tape cruciale dans cette aventure a \u00e9t\u00e9 mon r\u00e9cent voyage en Am\u00e9rique latine. Ce voyage, loin de mon quotidien, m\u2019a offert une perspective nouvelle et une clart\u00e9 d\u2019esprit.<\/span>

Au retour de ce voyage, je suis plus d\u00e9termin\u00e9e que jamais. Je travaille sans rel\u00e2che pour donner vie \u00e0 EVOLV\u2019HER. <\/span>

Aujourd'hui, EVOLV'HER est \u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts, mais les fondations sont solides. Le chemin est encore long, mais je suis pr\u00eate \u00e0 relever tous les d\u00e9fis. Je sais que ce n'est que le d\u00e9but d'une belle aventure, une aventure qui, j'en suis s\u00fbre, contribuera \u00e0 l'\u00e9panouissement et la performance de nombreuses \u00e9quipes.<\/span>

La gen\u00e8se d'EVOLV'HER est une histoire de passion, de r\u00e9silience et de foi en un avenir meilleur. C'est mon t\u00e9moignage, une femme qui d\u00e9cide de transformer ses exp\u00e9riences personnelles en une mission de vie : aider les autres \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leur plein potentiel. <\/span>
